Animation Reviews

Animation Critique 1

Animation Title: "Subway Resume"
Description: "Subway Resume" is an animation of a resume located in a train of a subway. On one of the train's seat, there is a wallet, which the viewer clicks to see the website of the animator. Above the seats, there is a board that has the word "portfolio", "resume" and "contact" on it. When the viewer clicks it, pictures,  a resume and the contact information of the animator will show up.
Critique:
- Instead of using a wallet, the animator should have used a newspaper, since it's associated with advertisement.
- The animator should have placed a character on one of the seats and the character could either be reading the newspaper or just sitting down. If the character is just sitting down, when the viewer mouse over the character, it should say something like "Hmm, I wonder what's in the newspaper, why don't you click it to see".
- There should be sound effects of a subway train moving. It will make the animation more realistic and catch the viwer's attention.

Animation Critique 2

Animation Title: "Vehicle Tower Defense"
Description: "Vehicle Tower Defense" is a strategic game in which the player has to set up weapons in the right place to destroy incoming enemy vehicles. If the enemy vehicles are not destroyed by the time they reach the exit, the player will lose the game.
Critique:
- On the instruction page, the fonts are too small. They need to be enlarged so the viewers can read it vividly.
- The weapons should be movable.
- The player should have the option to choose their own track, or possibly draw it.
- The player should be given the option to replay a level without having to loose the game.
